Transwaste is proud to be working in conjunction with Henry Boot Construction, on the waste management of the new sports development for the University of Hull.
The development will enhance the sporting facilities at its Cottingham Road campus, with a £15-million investment, comprising of new 3G pitches, new sports pavilion and the refurbishment of two existing pitches.
Trudi Vout, the University’s Director of Campus and Accommodation Services, said:
“We have a strong sporting tradition at the University. This investment really will enhance our sports offer for students.
“The enhanced sporting facilities will allow us to build on this tradition, at the same time as offering first-class facilities and most importantly, encouraging more students, staff, visitors and University and community stakeholders to participate in accessible and fun active recreation regularly.”
Transwaste is proud to be working with businesses on projects that are making a positive impact on our city of Hull, and where possible, as much waste that can be physically recycled from the developments is done so using our state of the art transfer station.
