Transwaste is proud to be working in conjunction with Sewell Group on the waste removal on the Integrated Care Centre development. The ICC will provide tailored care for the elderly and combat unnecessary hospital admissions.
The development will be on the former David Lister School site in East Hull, and will comprise of new highway works and amendments to traffic callings, followed by the construction of the buildings foundations before beginning work on the steel frame, in the first few months.
Sewell Construction will be working alongside United Living, who will be developing 80 bungalows, as part of separate plans for residential housing, and developer partner Citycare and supporting NHS Hull Clinical Commissioning Group, Humberside Fire & Rescue and Community Health Partnership to bring the new development scheme into fruitation.
As always, Transwaste is committed to recycling a minimum of 95% of all the waste received throughout these projects.
